In 1971 was created by Bill Backer a jingle for Coca Cola that would mark the history of advertising “I’d like to Buy the World a Coke”. After observing a group of passengers at Shannon Airport who laughed and joked with bottles of Coca-Cola in hand, Baker wrote that he wanted to show that Coca Cola was not just a refreshing drink, but something universal that unites the people and keep them company.
